Section 156

Sittings of the Tribunal shall be held at such places and times as the President of the Tribunal determines.

The exercise of the powers of the Tribunal shall not be affected by a vacancy or vacancies in the membership of the Tribunal.[Aust. 1968, s. 146 (1) and (7)]
