Application may be made to Tribunal by agent of copyright owner
(1)
An owner of copyright may make an application to the Tribunal under this Act by his agent.
(2)
Two or more owners of copyright may jointly make a single application to the Tribunal by the same agent against the same person or body.[Aust. 1968, s. 163A]
