Section 247

Educational purposes

Without limiting the meaning of the expression “educational purposes” in paragraph (c) ofthe definition of “exempt recording” in section 246(1), a recording or a copy of such a recording, shall be taken to have been made for the educational purposes of an educational institution if it is made —

(a)

for use in connection with a particular course of instruction provided by the institution; or

(b)

for inclusion in the collection of a library of the institution. [Aust. 1968, s. 248B]
