Notice requiring periodic removal of industrial waste from premises
(1)
The Director-General may, by written notice, require the occupier of any work place to remove periodically industrial waste from such premises to a disposal facility.
(2)
The Director-General may, by written notice, require any occupier upon whom a notice has been served under subsection (1) to provide evidence that the industrial waste from the premises has been disposed of at a disposal facility in accordance with the notice.
