Section 31S

No works, apparatus, fixture, fitting or other equipment used for, for the purposes of, or in connection with, connecting, affixing or fastening the refuse pipeline networks or any part of the refuse pipeline networks to the related internal assets is deemed to be a fixture or vest in the owner of the premises on or within which the related internal assets are constructed or placed.
