Section 33

Licensing of hawkers operating from stalls, etc.

A person must not —

(a)

hawk, sell or expose for sale any food or goods of any kind; or

(b)

set up or use any stall, table, showboard, vehicle or receptacle for the purpose of hawking, selling or exposing for sale any food or goods of any kind,in any street or part of the street or in any premises or public place without first obtaining a licence from the Director‑General, Food Administration.
