Section 38

A licensee, stall-holder or other person must not erect any extension or effect any extension to any stall, shed or other place in or out of any food establishment without the permission of the Director‑General, Food Administration or cause any obstruction in any of the passageways or other places therein.

The Director‑General, Food Administration may, by written notice, require any person who contravenes subsection (1) to remove any erection, structure or obstruction within a period specified in the notice.
