Section 80I
Form and validity of cleaning business licence

(1)
Every cleaning business licence —
(a)
must be in such form as the Director‑General may determine;
(b)
must contain the conditions subject to which it was granted;
(c)
is valid for the period stated therein unless it is earlier revoked under section 80J; and
(d)
may be renewed upon its expiry.

Sections 80F, 80G and 80H apply, with the necessary modifications, to the renewal and an application for the renewal of a cleaning business licence.
