Section 9

Removal of industrial waste, stable refuse, etc.

(1)

The Director‑General may, by written notice, require any person carrying on a trade, manufacture or business or occupying any stable, cattle shed or place for keeping sheep, goats, swine or poultry, to remove periodically industrial waste or stable refuse to a disposal facility for disposal.

(2)

Any person upon whom a notice has been served under subsection (1) must, if so required by the Director‑General, provide evidence that the person has complied with the notice.
