Director to maintain register
(1)
The Director must establish and maintain a register in which must be entered the objection of all persons lodged in accordance with section 8.
(2)
The register mentioned in subsection (1) is not open to inspection by the public.
(3)
Any person who wilfully destroys, mutilates or makes any unauthorised alteration in the register mentioned in subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[10
