Section 9

Obstruction of search

Any person who —

(a)

obstructs any officer of the Bureau, police officer or special police officer in the exercise of any power under this Act; or

(b)

fails to comply with any lawful requirement of any officer of the Bureau, police officer or special police officer in the execution of his or her duty under this Act,shall be guilty of an offence.
