Restriction on disclosure of information
If any person discloses to any other person any information obtained by or given to the person pursuant to this Act, the person shall, unless the disclosure was made in the performance of the person’s duty, be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000.
