Fees

(1)
The Registrar is not required to do any act or permit any act to be done in respect of which any fee is specified or fixed except on payment of that fee.
(2)
All fees collected under or in connection with any service provided by the Registrar under this Act or any rules made under this Act must be paid into the funds of the Authority.
