Section 30

Service of notices

(1)

Any notice required by this Act to be served on any person is deemed to be duly served on the person if sent by registered post to the person’s last known address in Singapore despite the fact that it is returned through the post as undelivered.

(2)

Section 72 of the Conveyancing and Law of Property Act 1886 does not apply to the service on a proprietor of a notice under this Act.
