Section 68

Fines to be paid into Town Council Fund

All fines imposed under this Act or any by-law made by a Town Council, less all reasonable legal costs (whenever incurred) for the prosecution thereof, and all moneys collected by it under section 72 must be paid into the Town Council Fund.[46
