Section 4

Application to building works

Except as otherwise expressly provided, this Part applies to all building works except —

(a)

building works for a temporary building or the occupation of any such building;

(b)

retrofitting of exterior features referred to in Part 3;

(c)

building works that are exempted under section 30, or are in relation to a building that is so exempted; and

(d)

building works that are prescribed in the building regulations to be insignificant building works.
