Powers of Minister in relation to Authority

The Minister may give to the Authority any direction under section 5 of the Public Sector (Governance) Act 2018.

The Authority must provide the Minister with such information or facilities for obtaining information with respect to its property and the exercise of its functions in such manner and at such times as the Minister may reasonably require.
