Submission of projects by Authority
(1)
The Authority must, from time to time, prepare and submit to the Minister proposals, plans and projects showing the nature of the work proposed to be executed and other steps proposed to be undertaken by the Authority under sections 6, 7 and 12.
(2)
The Minister may reject or approve any proposal, plan or project mentioned in subsection (1) or any part thereof either without modification or subject to such modification as the Minister may think fit.
(3)
Every proposal, plan or project submitted by the Authority under this section must be in such form and contain such particulars as the Minister may direct.
