Proceedings conducted by officers of Authority

Any proceedings in respect of an offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may, with the authorisation of the Public Prosecutor, be conducted by an officer of the Authority or an officer of the Government authorised in writing in that behalf by the chief executive.
