Section 36

Powers to remove persons, vehicles, etc.

A police officer or an employee or agent of the Board authorised in that behalf by the Board may remove from the national parks and the nature reserves —

(a)

any person who, in contravention of this Act or any regulations made thereunder, fails or refuses to leave a national park or nature reserve or any part thereof after being requested by the police officer or employee or agent to do so; and

(b)

any vehicle or thing brought into or left in a national park or nature reserve or any part thereof in contravention of this Act or any regulations made thereunder or which is likely to cause danger or obstruction.
