Section 32

Court for trial of offences

Any offence under this Act or any regulations made under this Act may be tried by a Magistrate’s Court or a District Court and that Court has, despite the provisions of the Criminal Procedure Code 2010 and any other written law, jurisdiction to impose the maximum penalty provided for by this Act or any regulations made under this Act.
