Service of documents

Any notice, order or document required or authorised to be served under this Part is deemed to be sufficiently served —

(a)

by delivering a copy thereof personally or by leaving it with some adult person at the last known place of residence or business of the person on whom it is to be served; or

(b)

by sending it by registered post addressed to the person on whom the notice is to be served at the person’s address as stated in the appropriate register.
