Section 4

Establishment of Board of Architects

A body called the Board of Architects is established in Singapore, which is a body corporate with perpetual succession and a common seal, with power, subject to the provisions of this Act —

(a)

to sue and be sued in its corporate name;

(b)

to acquire and dispose of property, both movable and immovable; and

(c)

to do and perform any other acts that bodies corporate may by law perform.
