Registered surveyor to notify Board of cessation of employment

(1)
A registered surveyor shall immediately notify the Board in writing if an approved assistant surveyor ceases to be employed by him.

(2)
The approval granted under section 17(3) in respect of an assistant surveyor shall be deemed to be revoked upon the cessation of his employment. [16C
