Section 20

The Board may revoke or suspend, for such period as the Board thinks fit, any approval granted under section 17 (3) if an approved assistant surveyor is, in the opinion of the Board, unfit to carry out survey work.

Any person who is aggrieved by the decision of the Board under subsection (1) may appeal to the Minister whose decision shall be final. [16D
