1. The financial year of the Council begins on 1 April of each year and ends on 31 March of the succeeding year.When audited financial statements must be given to Minister

2. The Council must send the audited annual financial statements of the Council, signed by the Chairperson, to the Minister no later than 30 November in each year, together with a copy of any report made by the auditor of the Council.[5/2018]
