Relationship between client and licensed corporation or limited liability partnership

A licensed corporation or a licensed limited liability partnership has the same rights and is subject to the same obligations in respect of fiduciary, confidential and ethical relationships with each client of the corporation or limited liability partnership (as the case may be) that exist at law between a registered professional engineer and his or her client.[25
