Section 52

In any proceedings under this Part in relation to the conviction of a registered professional engineer for a criminal offence, the Minister, the Board, an Investigation Committee, a Disciplinary Committee, and the General Division of the High Court on appeal from any order of a Disciplinary Committee, must accept his or her conviction as final and conclusive.[31I
