Section 28

Minister may prohibit export of plants

(1)

The Minister may by order prohibit, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as may be specified in the order, the export of any plant from Singapore to any country, territory or place.

(2)

An order under subsection (1) may specify that a person must not export any plant except under and in accordance with a permit issued by the Director-General.
