Penalty

Any person who —

(a)

contravenes or fails to comply with section 10, 11(1) and (2), 22(2) or 41; or

(b)

contravenes or fails to comply with any order made by the Minister under section 17(1) or 28(1),shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 3 years or to both.
