Section 105

Prohibition against conveying certain articles to persons being detained in juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention

Any person who without lawful authority —

(a)

conveys, supplies or causes to be conveyed or supplied to any person being detained in a juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention; or

(b)

hides or places in a juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention for the use of any person being detained therein,any letter or document, or any intoxicating liquor, tobacco, drug, opiate, money, clothing, provisions, toiletry or any other article shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $2,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both.[79
