Presumption
The production of the warrant or other document, pursuant to which a child or young person is directed to be sent to a juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention or committed to the care or custody of a person or directed to be sent to an approved hospital, with a statement endorsed thereon or annexed thereto purporting to be signed by the person‑in‑charge of the juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home, place of detention or approved hospital or by the person to whose care or custody the child or young person is committed (as the case may be) to the effect that the child or young person named therein was duly —
received into and is at the date of the signing thereof detained in such juvenile rehabilitation centre, place of safety, remand home or place of detention; or
taken into his or her care or custody and is at the date of signing thereof still in his or her care or custody, or has been otherwise dealt with according to law,is in all proceedings relating to that child or young person prima facie evidence of the identity and of the lawful detention or disposal of the child or young person named in that warrant or document.[81
