Display of licence

(1)

Every licensee must cause his, her or its licence to be permanently displayed in a conspicuous place in the home for children and young persons to which the licence relates where the licence can readily be seen by all persons having access to that home for children and young persons.

Any licensee who contravenes subsection (1) shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000 and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $100 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.[52D
