Licence conditions

In granting a licence, the licensing officer may impose conditions, which may include conditions —
(a)
relating to the operational and technical requirements for the licensed alarm monitoring station; and
(b)
requiring the licensee to establish a communication link from the alarm monitoring system used in the licensed alarm monitoring station to the alarm monitoring network kept by the Force, in the manner specified.[22K
