Section 78

Storage of petroleum and flammable materials

A person must not store or keep, or cause to be stored or kept, any class of petroleum or any flammable material except —

(a)

in or on licensed premises;

(b)

in such quantities and in such manner and in accordance with requirements prescribed in relation to such petroleum or flammable material; and

(c)

under the authority of and in accordance with the provisions of a storage licence from the Commissioner and every condition specified therein.[35
