Section 85

Any person who contravenes section 78, 79(1) or (2), 80(1), (2), (3) or (4) or 81 shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who contravenes section 82 or 83 shall be guilty of an offence.

Any person who contravenes section 84 shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $100,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 12 months or to both and, in the case of a continuing offence, to a further fine not exceeding $1,000 for every day or part of a day during which the offence continues after conviction.[37
