Director and officers deemed to be public servants

(1)
The Director, Deputy Director, assistant directors and special investigators of the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau shall be deemed to be public servants within the meaning of the Penal Code.
(2)
A certificate of appointment signed by the Director shall be issued to every officer of the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau and shall be evidence of his appointment under this Act.
