Appeal against decision or order of Commissioner

(1)
Where any person interested is dissatisfied with the decision or order of the Commissioner, he may, within 14 days after the decision or order, appeal to the High Court.

The procedure governing any such appeal to the High Court shall be provided for in the Rules of Court.

No appeal shall lie against any decision or order of the Commissioner unless a substantial question of law is involved in the appeal.

In determining any appeal under subsection (1), the High Court may have regard to the tripartite guidelines.
