Fees, charges, etc., collected by Chief Executive or authorised officer

(1)
Subject to subsection (2), all fees, charges and other moneys recovered or collected by the Chief Executive or an authorised officer under this Act must be paid to the Authority.

All composition sums collected by the Chief Executive or an authorised officer under section 34 must be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
