Broadcasting apparatus

FIRST SCHEDULESections 2(1) and 65(1)Broadcasting apparatus

1. Television receive-only satellite receiving system (TVRO system). In this Schedule, “television receive-only satellite receiving system” means any apparatus (including a dish antenna) or any combination of apparatus capable of direct reception of any broadcasting service emitted from or passing through any communication or broadcast satellite in extraterrestrial space.
