Section 13

Compliance with Codes of Practice, etc.

Every broadcasting licensee must comply with the Codes of Practice relating to standards of programmes and advertisements and broadcast standards.

A broadcasting licensee must not allow to be transmitted a broadcasting service other than in accordance with —

(a)

any broadcast standards specified in any regulations or Code of Practice; or

(b)

any condition which may be incorporated in its broadcasting licence.
