Section 60

Exemption

The Minister may, subject to any terms and conditions that the Minister may impose, by order in the Gazette, exempt —

(a)

any class or description of shares or interests in shares from section 35 or 36 or both; and

(b)

any person or class of persons from all or any of the provisions of this Act or any subsidiary legislation made under this Act.
