Transitional provisions
(1)
In any written law or document in which a reference is made to the Bankruptcy Act (Cap. 20, 1985 Ed.) repealed by this Act, such reference shall be read as a reference to this Act.
(2)
The transitional provisions and savings set out in the Schedule shall have effect.
