Jurisdiction in bankruptcy of Registrar
Subject to the rules, the Registrar shall have all the powers and jurisdiction of the court, and any order made or act done by him in the exercise of those powers and jurisdiction shall, subject to an appeal to a judge in chambers, be deemed to be the order or act of the court.
