Commencement and duration of bankruptcy
The bankruptcy of any person who has been adjudged bankrupt by a bankruptcy order (whether made against him or against the firm in which he is a partner) shall —
(a)
commence on the day when the bankruptcy order is made; and
(b)
continue until he is discharged under Part VIII.
