Section 27

Every person who, immediately before 1st April 20011, was holding office as a member of the Board or as the Registrar, shall, as from that date, continue to hold such office as if he had been appointed by the Authority under section 3 or 5 (as the case may be) on the same terms and conditions for a term expiring on the date on which his original appointment would expire.1 Date of commencement of the Health Sciences Aurthority Act (Cap. 122C)

Any regulations made by the Board under section 26 in force immediately before 1st April 2001 shall be deemed to have been made by the Authority under section 26 in force on that date.[25
