Section 37

Penalty for not showing colours

(1)

A Singapore ship must hoist the proper national colours on entering or leaving any port.

(2)

If the master of a Singapore ship, without reasonable cause, fails to comply with this section, the master shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $1,000.
