Section 3

Reconstitution of Board

As from 1st October 1995, the Board shall continue in existence and shall continue to be a body corporate with perpetual succession and capable of —

(a)

suing and being sued in its corporate name;

(b)

acquiring, owning, holding and developing or disposing of property, both movable and immovable; and

(c)

doing and suffering such other acts or things as bodies corporate may lawfully do and suffer.
