Section 21

If street works are not commenced or executed to the satisfaction of the Authority in any case where a deposit has been made or security has been furnished under section 20(6), the Authority may, at any time after the service of a written notice, execute the street works or cause the street works to be properly carried out.

The costs and expenses incurred by the Authority in the execution of the street works or in causing the street works to be properly carried out must be recovered from the deposit made or the security furnished under section 20(6).
