Section 45A

Regulations to give effect to treaties, etc.

The Minister may make regulations —

(a)

to modify the application of the provisions of this Act —

(i)

to any goods exported or originating from any country; or

(ii)

to any country or person or description of persons; and

(b)

to exempt any goods exported or originating from any country from all or any of the provisions of this Act,in order to give effect to any obligation binding on Singapore under any international agreement or arrangement.
